BrowserCheck Business Edition scans not reporting back to dashboard

We are having an issue where BrowserCheck Business Edition scans are not reporting back to the management dashboard.  I've signed our company up with the Business Edition of BrowserCheck, the MSI file was downloaded and installed via Group Policy, added to the IE trusted sites, and then performed a scan.  In the dashboard under Settings, we've enabled the restriction to "not show scan results and notifications to users", however when a scan occurs it isn't getting reported back to the dashboard.

What do we need to do in order for the scans to report back to the dashboard?
