Windows Server 2012 R2 Authentication fails

We have an Qualys Scan Authenticate fails issue on only Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 when a server joined to the domain with AD account scan. (2008 R2 server is working fine) If the server is under local group with authenticate by a local account, it is successfully authenticated.

Per the result, the remote registry service needs to be enabled, but the service became stopped after 10 minutes automatically.

Also, the local group server was authenticated successfully while the remote registry service is not enabled. Therefore, I just wonder if the remote registry service must be enabled for the authenticate server or not. Else, only AD account authenticate for the domain member server needs for that service up?

Is there any workaround not to use the remote registry service to scan the server or any possible resolution?

Thanks in advance,
