Is it possible to turn on SSLv3 on CentOS?

The test shows my site on CentOS 6.5:

TLS 1.2     Yes

TLS 1.1     Yes

TLS 1.0     Yes

SSL 3     Yes

SSL 2     No

I have been trying to turn off SSL3 to see if my browser supports it but haven't being able to. The configs that I have tried are:

SSLProtocol All -SSLv2 -SSLv3

SSLProtocol -All +TLSv1

SSLProtocol TLSv1

SSLProtocol +TLSv1 +TLSv1.1 +TLSv1.2

So has anyone found a way to disable SSL 2 and 3 and support TLS 1, 1.1 and 1.2 on CentOS?
