I have scheduled a scan in authentication mode for one of asset group of UNIX servers and analyzed scan report, it shows authentication failed on xx no. of hosts, but reason for failure not available. I want to know where do/how do I check the reason for authentication failure. Therefore i will help to check the configuration on Hosts.

Hi Eric, I am done with configuring my virtual scanner with VMware vSphere and have obtained the scanner friendly name and IP. I have also successfully scanned my IP. Now, I want to know as to how can I access the scanner appliance with the provided IP and how can I view the logs of the scan performed. I need it on an urgent basis hence please let me know about this real soon.
Sure! Let me comment that is this forum the community is trying to replying as fast and as best as possible, but for production issues please contact your account manager and/or support who can reply in a timely fashion.
We don't want to our to be blocked in your job for no reason. There's also free training available online or during classes.
Now to your question, u probably know that you can't connect to then appliance and you just to go back in the web ui and go back scan to review and open the scan results.
