We started experiencing two scheduled scans that shows it completed the scan but goes in a "loading" status. Eventually, it will time out in a few days with a unknown error - not placing the scan under a "finished" status. Is anyone out there experiencing any issues with this kind of symptoms? Can anyone point me to the right direction in troubleshooting this issue? Technical support keeps saying that the scan experienced a session ID timeout and recommends rebooting the appliance weekly, in a recent scan a reboot was performed prior and still got the same issues. We have other scheduled scans that work with out a glitch.
