Dissolvable agent issue in Qualys scan

During Qualys can, when some information on the target host cannot be collected remotely but only locally using administrative privileges, a dissolvable agent is created as needed and the same is removed by itself when data collection is complete. However, the temporary profile which is created by the dissolvable agent is found to exist on the target host even after Qualys scan is over and this temporary profile prevents the server login/logins to host through RDP. Sometimes, this temporary profile gets deleted when scan is re-performed on the same affected server and if this doesn't work, target host will be rebooted which in turn deletes the temporary profile and that resolves the issue.

I would like to know why this temporary profiles remains undeleted in the target host even after the scan is complete (irrespective of whether scan result is a success or failure). And just like that rebooting a productive host/server is a not a healthy process in any organization.
