I am trying to get to the window where i can search QIDs. I have a username and pw but it will not let me access the page.
Cant access the knowledge base? If you cant, I suggest you immediately put in a support ticket
Make sure you're authenticating on the right platform: Identify your Qualys Platform
Perhaps they gave you an api only account?
