Solution: Non-Manager Level Accounts Unable to Search `Cloud Agent` Tag
Use Case: Reader accounts are unable to search `Cloud Agent` asset tag in VM > Asset Search, AssetView or VM Dashboard beta.
Solution: Qualys user accounts outside the role of manager, for example, a reader account, must be updated in the Administration module adding the `Cloud Agent` tag to the specific reader's account profile.
Using a manager level account, log into your Qualys subscription and navigate to the Administration module:
Select and Edit the desired reader account:
Navigate to User Details > Tags and select the Cloud Agent tag and Save the record. Have the user log out and back in and everything should be a-ok!
