How to Contact Qualys Support

It's easy to reach support. Log in to Qualys and go to Help > Contact Support to submit a request. We'll automatically link your Qualys account to your support case.




Check out the options available to you. We recommend you search the online help (follow the tips on the screen) and the Qualys Community to find answers quickly. We also provide solutions to some frequently asked questions. If you still need help after trying these options, click the "Submit a new request" link and tell us how we can help.




After submitting your request, you'll get an auto-generated email response with a case number that you can use for tracking. Have an urgent issue? Please call Qualys Support after submitting your email and let the technical support engineer know your case number.
