Passwords are auto-generated by the service, by default. Your subscription may be configured to allow users to define their own passwords. This is a global subscription setting that applies to all users.
Optional: Allow user defined passwords
Any Manager can enable this feature by going to Users > Setup > Security and selecting the "Allow user defined passwords" check box. You can also set a minimum password length and define whether users are required to include both alpha and numeric characters.
Step 1: Go to Change Password
Select Change Password under your user name (in the top right corner).
Step 2: Change Your Password
One of the following options will be available to you:
Auto-Generate a New Password: Simply enter your current password and click Save to generate a new password. When your new password appears, click Confirm.
Define Your Own Password: Enter a new password in the fields provided and click Save.
Step 3: Re-Login To Your Account
You'll be prompted to log back in to your account using your new password.
