What happens to my scheduled scans if my account expires?
If your account expires and you have scheduled scans, the following will occur:
- Any scheduled scans running when the account expires will continue to run and will finish successfully.
- Any scheduled scans that are scheduled to launch after the account expires will not launch.
- All scheduled scans in your QualysGuard account will be deactivated after the account expires. Once the account is re-instated, you will need to login to QualysGuard and reactivate all of your scheduled scans. Once the scheduled scans are reactivated, they will run again on their next regularly scheduled launch time/date.
